About Us: unitē Mental Health & Wellness is a newly established behavioral health practice dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health services to individuals, families, and communities. Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients.



  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures

  • Schedule appointments and manage appointment calendars

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Verify insurance information and process payments

  • Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure seamless patient experiences

  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients navigating the healthcare system



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical office software

  • Empathy and compassion for individuals seeking mental health services

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
